Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our main concern. If you are unhappy with an item you can return it for an exchange, store credit can be issued in the same form as the original payment. In order to receive a credit for change of mind simply return the goods to us in a new and unused condition (including packaging) within 14 days of purchase. You will be responsible for any shipping on change of mind exchanges.

Please contact us prior to sending back (ian@axiomlighting.com.au) to ensure that we can discuss the receipt of your returned goods and arrange a credit promptly!

Cancellations

Orders and purchases can be cancelled with-out cost provided you have made contact with Axiom Lighting prior to the goods being dispatched, and that the item is not a special order. Axiom Lighting will refund goods inline with our Return & Exchange Policy above.

Special Orders

Items made to order, or special requests cannot be returned or cancelled unless faulty. Delivery times may vary from 2-3 weeks depending on product. Axiom Lighting will contact you to discuss any variations.

Shipping & Timeframes

Axiom Lighting uses Fastway for the shipping of all items.

Multiple Shipments

All items will be sent in one shipment as soon as all products are available. If you require multiple shipments, please contact us so we can assist you. Multiple shipments may incur additional charges.

Damages

On receipt of goods, any damaged item must be reported with-in 24 hours with images and written documentation to make a claim on Fastway.

Shipping Times

Standard delivery: 3 weeks from date of payment as all lights are made to order.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only.

International Deliveries

Axiom Lighting may ship to international addresses on a customer by customer basis. Please contact us for full details.
